The success of Abra's first film let him to shares what will we need to look forward about his carer.
While "Respeto" recognized as Cinemalaya Best Picture for 2017 it gains a lot of positive reactions and asking if there will be having next film for Abra.
In an interview with PUSH, Abra, whose real name is Raymond Abracosa, admitted that he is open to do more acting jobs.
Sobrang talagang dedicated lahat at nakakatuwa dahil part din kami nun at naimbag namin yung ka-O.C-han namin dito and it turned out to be something phenomenal. Sobrang lupit lang hindi ako makapaniwala,” he shared.
In Respeto, Abra played the role of Hendrix, who, amidst the poverty and violence happening around him, dreams of becoming a rapper. But he needs to find the right words to penetrate the hiphop world through the help of a seasoned poet Doc.

The "Gayuma" hitmaker also shared that he learned a lot from the whole process of being in a film.
“First off, I gained a new respect for actors and their art and for those beyond the camera. Yung kabuuan ng film is so much fun, so much art to do, so much creativity goes around, you get to learn to apply and incorporate in your own art," he said.
"So ang nakita ko dun yung dedication ng cast sa character nila, the way they say their lines, yung emotion na nag-co-correspond perfectly for every line and how they deliver it so well. Ang galing how they get into character. Ang galing sila direk how they get you into character. Kahawig siya ng rap eh at pagawa ng music pero much more disciplined. So yun yung nakita ko na maganda rin itong disiplina na ito kasi makakatulong ito sa dynamics ng isang verse or rap song,” he added.
Apart from being open to accept roles, Abra is set to release a new album.
F*** the money,” he concluded.
